By accessing this App or browsing the Website, you ('User') accept the terms and conditions herein without limitations or qualifications.
The Company shall not be liable for any breach by the Users, of the Privacy Policy ('Policy') or Terms of Use ('Agreement'), as provided on the App or Website and amended from time to time, or any delay or failure to perform any obligation made thereunder, which may be occasioned solely due to the acts of Users for reasons beyond the control of the Company, including, without limitation, the blocking or restricting of information to and/or from App or Website's network, security breach, data theft, hacking, etc.

The Website or App may contain links to other websites the standards of which cannot be guaranteed. Should the User leave the Website or App and enter a third-party site, any information revealed to the third-party website will not be protected under the Company's Policy and Agreement.
